You can get what you want. You don't have to sacrifice one for the other.
Kick anxiety in the butt! Breathe. Make a list. Prioritize. Focus on doing one thing at a time. You're are not a whip to take baby steps towards your life's goals.
The fast lane is not always the good thing to do. Don't break your back. Slow down. Ask for the help you need. I'm sure you'd love to enjoy what you've achieved, uhm?
Learn how to breathe well. Lack of healthy breathing slowly kills your body cells. Just know, there are thing you need to out, and there thing you need to let in. Can't you hear your body screaming for help?!
Your magnificent obsessions are normally hinged to your life's purpose. You already have the clues to your life's success.
You cannot do everything but you can do something. Be proud of who you are and what you can do. Keep living your personal brand. And shine brilliantly in your are of expertise.
If there are no receivers, how will the giver be blessed to give? Don't be ashamed to be a receiver. It's quite ok to switch places sometimes.
